Branch Manager
Kampala — Rubaga Operations Full-time
Run the Rubaga branch end-to-end — disbursements, collections, cash handling, and the team. You own the branch P&L.
What you'll do
- Manage a team of 4–6 field, collections, and ops staff.
- Sign off on daily disbursements within policy.
- Review portfolio health weekly with the credit team.
- Be the first escalation point for customer issues at the branch.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years in MFI or commercial bank branch operations.
- Demonstrated team leadership — at least 2 years managing people.
- Clean track record on cash controls and audit findings.
- Comfortable making the small call quickly and the big call carefully.
