Field Loan Officer
Originate and vet new bike-loan applications across our new Mukono catchment. You will be the face of Baikal for hundreds of new boda riders.
Collections Officer
Own a portfolio of active borrowers and keep them on track. Collections at Baikal is a service role — clear, structured, respectful, and data-led.
Risk & Compliance Officer
Be the second pair of eyes on every policy that touches a customer or a regulator. Own AML, CRB, UMRA reporting, and internal controls.
Software Engineer (Full-stack)
Build the internal platforms that run Baikal — loan-origination tools, collections dashboards, integrations to Fineract, mobile-money and GPS providers.
Branch Manager
Run the Rubaga branch end-to-end — disbursements, collections, cash handling, and the team. You own the branch P&L.
