Field Loan Officer
Mukono Field Full-time
Originate and vet new bike-loan applications across our new Mukono catchment. You will be the face of Baikal for hundreds of new boda riders.
What you'll do
- Build relationships at boda stages across Mukono and the surrounding trading centres.
- Verify applicant earnings, route, guarantor and bike supplier in person.
- Walk approved borrowers through KYC, agreement signing, and bike handover.
- Stay close to the first 90 days of every loan you originate — early-payment behaviour is your KPI.
What we're looking for
- Diploma or higher in business, finance, or related field.
- 1+ years in field sales, microfinance, or boda/motor industry.
- Fluent in Luganda and English. A boda riding licence is a plus.
- Comfortable on a smartphone — applications and vetting are paperless.
